• Returns:
  The products made and sold at Enjoy Outdoor Furniture are guaranteed to satisfy! If you change your mind about your purchase from us or need to return it for any reason, please email us at info@enjoyoutdoorfurniture.com  within 15 days for a ( Return Authorisation ) RA Form.
  We will make arrangements to exchange, replace, or accept your return and refund you the original amount of the purchase price less shipping.
  Returns for refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee and must be received in original packaging in new, unused, undamaged condition. A return for refund does not come under our warranty conditions below, therefore you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Warranty Replacement:
  If you recieve a defective item Enjoy Ooutdoor Furniture will, at its discression and expense replace any parts that are found defective within 15 days of purchase. Enjoy Outddor Furniture must be notified by email with supporting pictures of defective item or part. Our warranty only covers replacement of the defective item/part, not a refund of the purchase price. In the event the customer decides to cancel the order for a refund the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us as outlined in our returns policy above.

• Shipping Damage:
  When receiving delivery of your shipment be sure to open each box and inspect the merchandise before accepting delivery. If you discover you merchandise is damaged refuse delivery or notate damage on shippers copy of freight bill. Then email us at mailto:info@enjoyoutdoorfurniture.com  and we will replace the item at no cost to you. In the event the customer decides to cancel the order for a refund the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us as outlined in our returns policy above.
  
  If you accept the damaged shipment without inspecting, keep all packaging and email us at info@enjoyoutdoorfurniture.com  within 3 days of the specific damage with supporting pictures. Enjoy Outdoor Furniture  will handle all correspondence with UPS and arrange for a replacement part to be shipped out to you. If an item is found damaged beyond repair Enjoy Outdoor Furniture will initiate a claim with the shipping company and ship replacement product to you.
  If original packaging is discarded before UPS inspects, or damaged items are shipped back to the warehouse by the customer without a Return Authorization Form Enjoy Outdoor Furniture  reserves the right to withhold replacements untill replacement costs are sastisfied by the customer.
  In the event the customer decides to cancel the order for a refund the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us as outlined in our returns policy above.

In order to process your Exchange or Refund in a timely fashion please follow the steps set out below.


• Request a retrun authorization number below.
• Once you receive your (RA Form), print it out and attach a copy to the outside of each package being returned.
• For customs purposes the remission value for products returning to original shipper is stated as $10.00. This value must be also noted on the shipping waybill under 'value for customs purposes'. Any shipments returning without this documentation will result in un-nesessary duty and brokerage charges, which will be deducted from any refund owing.
• Repackage (if needed) and ship back to us through the shipping method of your choice. All returns must be accompanied by the RA Form and must be shipped prepaid to our main warehouse located at 1228b 31st. North, Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada T1H 6T4
• NOTE: If returning for an exchange we will ship a replacement to you at no charge.
  • To request a return authorization number please email us at mailto:info@enjoyoutdoorfurniture.com  with the following:
    Your Name
    Order Number
    Telephone Number
    Item Returning
    Reason for Return (refund or replacement)
    Number of Packages.
  • All products must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. Open box items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee if any of the above components are not found in good order.
    Coverage for insurance, brokerage, duties on returned items is the responsibility of the shipper. A product that has been shipped back to us in used/damaged condition will be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee. When making a return we will provide a credit for the price of the merchandise excluding the shipping charges.
    If the product was on a free shipping promotion, the purchase price of the product less the shipping charges incurred will be refunded. No returns will be authorized beyond(15) days after receipt of merchandise. After 15 days the item will be treated as under Warranty. No returns will be authorized for fully and permanently assembled furniture kits.
    Be it noted that the liability of Enjoy Outdoor Furniture .com  is limited to and will not exceed the replacement price of your purchase. Enjoy Outdoor Furniture.com  will not be held liable for any special, incidental or consequential, damage or injury resulting from the possession, use, misuse or loss of the merchandise manufactured and or sold either directly or indirectly through Enjoy Outdoor Furniture.com  including our regular and custom ordered manufactured products, wholesale items, or products made by other companies and sold through Enjoy Outdoor Furniture.com.
